Operations Supervisor – AMET Operations

About the role

Amazon Thunder is looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead a team within the AMET Operations area. You will ensure daily workflow runs smoothly, meet production targets, and uphold safety standards in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assign work to associates and monitor daily production KPIs.
• Conduct stand‑up briefs, provide feedback, and perform floor audits and vehicle inspections.
• Support training and up‑skilling of new associates.
• Track, trend, and report departmental metrics.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents.
• Identify safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.
• Manage attendance, schedules, and overtime support across shifts.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb and stand or walk for up to 12‑hour shifts.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
