Operations Supervisor – AMET Operations

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will lead a team of associates to meet daily production targets and ensure smooth workflow within the AMET Operations area. You will work closely with the Shift Manager to monitor attendance, address issues promptly, and uphold safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assign work to associates and manage daily production KPIs.
• Conduct stand‑up briefs, provide feedback, and perform floor audits and vehicle inspections.
• Support training and up‑skilling of new team members.
• Track, trend, and report departmental metrics.
• Maintain schedules, update SOPs, and improve product flow.
• Identify safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb and stand for up to 12‑hour shifts.
