Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will lead a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily production targets and maintain high standards of safety and quality. You will work closely with the Shift Manager to monitor attendance, workflow, and performance metrics, ensuring smooth operations throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities

• Assign work to associates to support workflow and meet production KPIs.
• Conduct stand‑up briefs, provide feedback, and perform floor audits and vehicle inspections.
• Train and up‑skill new associates and support ongoing development.
• Track, trend, and report departmental metrics, analyzing successes and gaps.
• Maintain schedules, update SOP documents, and improve product flow.
• Identify safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for up to 12‑hour shifts, and perform frequent squatting, bending, and reaching.
