Operations Supervisor

About the role

DHL Global Forwarding is looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse and manual handling activities in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure safe, efficient, and on‑time processing of inbound and outbound shipments while supporting the team to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse and manual‑handling plans for safe and efficient operations.
• Coach and guide the team on daily tasks, schedules, and targets.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipment processing to meet service performance timings.
• Participate in inventory planning, scheduling, and ordering to satisfy organizational needs.
• Resolve conflicts and coordinate delivery schedules with shippers and customers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date stock information and review daily material movement versus inventory levels.
• Conduct daily/weekly inventory cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform inventory control, stock turnover analysis, and material scheduling.
• Inspect incoming material for conformity and defects.
• Execute safety, security, and inventory control programs.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization for raw materials, finished goods, tools, and packaging.
• Identify issues and opportunities to improve efficiency, service speed, and cost.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
