Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow, high service quality, and compliance with company policies. This role involves leading a team, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities and manage work schedules.
• Lead, support, and monitor the performance of the operations team.
• Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct team meetings, provide coaching, and deliver performance feedback.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, workload, and service delivery.
• Escalate critical operational risks to the Operations Manager.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, including supervisory or team‑leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
