Operations Supervisor - Warehouse & Logistics

About the position

Join a global leader in logistics as an Operations Supervisor in Dammam. You will play a critical role in coordinating warehouse processes and handling operations to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and service excellence within our high-standard facilities.

Main Missions

• Coordinate warehouse and handling plans to ensure safe and efficient operations in owned or leased facilities.
• Coach and guide the operational team in executing daily tasks while ensuring adherence to schedules and performance targets.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipment processing to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage inventory accuracy through daily/weekly cycle counts, stock rotation analysis, and rigorous inventory control.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization for storage and distribution to improve service speed and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, security, and inventory control programs to protect goods and equipment.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with shippers and customers while resolving any operational conflicts.
