Operations Team Lead – Inbound (Full‑time)

About the role

The Operations Team Lead – Inbound will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring that items are processed and dispatched efficiently. You will act as the first point of contact for shift team members, guiding them through established processes and supporting a safe, productive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Measure and monitor workflow performance, providing shift updates to frontline management.
• Support and train employees, supervising daily tasks to deliver high‑quality service.
• Assist the Shift/Area Manager with process‑improvement projects, safety initiatives, and workforce engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and meet key performance targets.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for safety, quality, and productivity optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in an Amazon inbound or similar warehouse environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience generating metrics reports and presenting data‑driven insights.
