Operator & License Owner – Riyadh

About the role

Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch and grow its football platform in Riyadh. You will build local partnerships, manage day‑to‑day operations, and create a vibrant community of players while leveraging the support and systems of the Singapore headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer’s presence in Riyadh.
• Identify and secure quality football venues.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee game operations and ensure an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and expansion of the local operation.

Required profile

• Passion for football and deep understanding of the local football community.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and results orientation.
• Experience in operations, community management, or customer experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
