Operator – Low Current Building Management System (BMS)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Operators for Low Current Building Management Systems (BMS) to support a facility management and operation‑maintenance project in Saudi Arabia. The role involves monitoring, controlling and maintaining low‑voltage electrical systems and BMS software across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and supervise low‑current BMS equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics and wiring layouts.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting and corrective actions on low‑voltage systems.
• Maintain accurate logs of system status, incidents and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to implement safety protocols and preventive maintenance.

Required profile

• Diploma or I.T.I. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in facility management or building operation & maintenance projects, preferably in Gulf countries.
• Fluent in English or Arabic.

Required skills

• Low Voltage Systems knowledge.
• Battery Management Systems (BMS) software operation.
• Technical diagram reading.
• Wiring and manual dexterity.
• Adherence to safety protocols.
