Oracle EPM Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Lead to drive the design, implementation, and migration of enterprise performance management solutions for large‑scale finance operations. The role will focus on transforming on‑premise Hyperion environments to Oracle Cloud services while ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end financial consolidation and close projects, including assessment, solution design, migration planning, testing, and production cut‑over.
• Conduct fit‑gap analyses, define target architectures, and develop roadmaps for Oracle Cloud EPM transformations.
• Manage migration of metadata, hierarchies, business rules, calculation logic, security, data integrations, reports, and historical data from HFM to FCCS.
• Integrate FCCS with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle E‑Business Suite, and third‑party systems using Oracle integration tools.
• Utilize EPM Automate for scheduling, automation, and administration of Cloud EPM environments.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and communication sessions to advise clients on modern finance processes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions, especially HFM, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting.
• Strong finance and accounting background covering consolidation, month‑end/year‑end close, statutory reporting, and IFRS/GAAP compliance.
• Proven track record of leading large enterprise implementations and cloud migrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
