Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

About the role

The Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant will design, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, guide a delivery team, and ensure high‑quality implementation and post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops with HR stakeholders to capture functional requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including extracts, Fast Formulas, and data loaders.
• Develop and maintain BIP, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports, as well as custom alerts and workflow notifications.
• Integrate with external systems using Fusion REST API, Web API calls, and custom interfaces.
• Prepare business requirement documents, test scripts, and validation plans for data conversions and extensions.
• Manage migration of configurations, integrations, and extensions to production environments.
• Provide regular status and issue updates to project managers and clients.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodology.

Required profile

• Minimum three end‑to‑end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in roles such as Consultant, Lead, Architect, or Project Lead.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to communicate technical concepts to business audiences.
• Experience with ITIL service management practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure, ServiceNow) and project accounting concepts.
