About the role
Everllence is seeking an Order Processor to manage spare‑parts enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate deliveries for marine and energy customers. The role bridges the sales, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities
- Process spare‑parts enquiries, issue offers to customers, and create purchase orders in ERP systems (SAP Business One, PrimeShop).
- Prepare sales quotations for workshop, onboard service, and spare‑parts, adhering to Everllence compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with logistics, freight companies, and suppliers to guarantee on‑time delivery of parts and engine components.
- Maintain delivery records, generate invoices, and submit them through the customer portal.
- Analyse sales activities, produce conversion reports, and support the sales team with customer visits when required.
- Monitor customer payments, manage outstanding invoices, and support cash‑flow collection efforts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or Marine Engineering.
- Saudi nationality.
- Strong engine knowledge combined with commercial acumen in spare‑parts sales.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP Business One and PrimeShop.
- Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
