About the role

The Ordertaker / Waiter – In‑Villa Dining provides a seamless, fine‑dining experience for guests within their private villas and suites. The role covers the entire service cycle, from taking telephone orders to delivering, setting up, and clearing the dining area, ensuring discretion and high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming In‑Villa Dining calls promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Provide menu knowledge, recommendations, and accommodate special dietary requests.
• Record orders accurately, noting allergies and preferences, and enter them into the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to confirm preparation times and inform guests of estimated delivery.
• Prepare and assemble trays and trolleys with proper cutlery, glassware, linen, and condiments.
• Deliver orders to villas/suites discreetly, set up the dining experience, and obtain guest signatures for billing.
• Process charges according to resort procedures and clear used trays promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage within a five‑star luxury hotel or fine‑dining restaurant.
• Previous experience in In‑Villa Dining or fine‑dining service is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional telephone etiquette, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently while respecting guest privacy.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
