OT Infrastructure, Hosting & Connectivity Manager

About the role

Maaden is seeking a senior leader to own and drive the strategy for its Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure, hosting and connectivity across all sites. The role ensures that industrial control systems are safe, reliable, and aligned with corporate standards while supporting the company’s move toward autonomous operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise roadmap for OT systems, including PLC, DCS, SCADA, and MES integrations.
• Guide selection, configuration, and upgrade of control platforms, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Support site teams in deploying, operating, and maintaining compliant control systems.
• Promote safe‑by‑design architectures and lead performance monitoring, diagnostics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for control system reliability issues.
• Design and implement “closed loop by default” solutions to accelerate autonomous operations.
• Establish integration standards with OT infrastructure, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with OT Infrastructure, Storage, Networking & Connectivity teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Control, Automation, or Systems Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in industrial control systems or OT environments.
• Proven track record governing control system standards across multiple sites.
• Background in mining, process, or other asset‑intensive industries is preferred.
