Outbound Account Executive (Tele Sales)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outbound Account Executive to join Tarmez Al-Arabiya’s sales team. You will drive growth by proactively reaching out to businesses across multiple industries, building relationships, and closing deals through telephone outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing and potential customers to promote our products and services.
• Convert inquiries into qualified sales opportunities and refer leads to sales representatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant solutions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Record and update customer information and sales data accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Highly creative, autonomous, and self‑motivated.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.
• Cold‑calling experience.
• Fluency in English; Saudi market knowledge is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
