Outlet Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead the daily operations of a designated outlet within The Club at Fairmont Red Sea, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, maintaining seamless, efficient service aligned with resort standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop the outlet team through effective scheduling, training, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure highest standards of guest service, handling feedback, requests and complaints promptly.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, labor, and cost indicators, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Manage inventory, procurement and stock levels to minimise waste while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with culinary, front office, housekeeping, engineering and other departments to deliver an integrated guest experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑6 years of progressive experience in outlet management or food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, hygiene and food‑safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages a plus.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hospitality management software and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Windows applications.
• Ability to analyse operational data and make decisive decisions under pressure.
