OutSystems Developer, Senior Tech Lead

About the role

Adree is seeking a highly technical and collaborative OutSystems Developer, Senior Tech Lead to design, build, and oversee the delivery of enterprise‑grade digital solutions. The role acts as the ultimate technical authority for OutSystems implementations, bridging business requirements and technical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of OutSystems developers, conduct code reviews and establish development standards.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable OutSystems applications (Reactive Web and Mobile) following the 4‑Layer Architecture.
• Architect and implement complex integrations with external systems, databases, APIs (REST/SOAP) and platforms such as Creatio CRM and .NET back‑ends.
• Oversee technical delivery, ensure code quality, performance optimisation and manage CI/CD pipelines within Service Studio and Lifetime.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and effort estimates.
• Resolve technical blockers, performance bottlenecks and critical production issues across environments.
• Implement strict security standards, including access control, data encryption and OWASP top‑10 mitigations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience with at least 4 years of hands‑on OutSystems development.
• Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a Tech Lead/Architect in an Agile environment.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service Center and LifeTime.
• Strong knowledge of OutSystems architecture patterns, refactoring and database modelling.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle database design, stored procedures and optimisation.
• Experience with .NET (C#) for creating custom extensions.
• Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
