Paramedic

About the role

The Paramedic will provide immediate medical care and emergency response for employees, contractors and visitors on site, ensuring rapid stabilization and appropriate escalation of incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Emergency Medical Response: deliver first aid, emergency medical treatment, and stabilization; assess incidents and determine care level; coordinate ambulance services and patient transfers; respond promptly to workplace accidents, injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.
• Occupational Health Support: conduct routine health assessments; monitor employee fitness for duty; maintain accurate medical records and incident reports; ensure site clinic readiness and manage medical inventory.
• Administration & Compliance: keep medical equipment, emergency kits and AEDs functional and stocked; prepare daily, weekly and monthly medical activity reports; ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, company policies and construction safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services or a related healthcare field.
• Valid Paramedic licence/certification as required by local regulatory authorities.
• 1–5 years of experience as a Paramedic, preferably in construction, industrial, oil & gas or large‑project environments.

Required skills
