About the role
Join a vibrant retail environment as a Part‑Time Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them find solutions and ensuring a positive experience in our store.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs.
- Promote loyalty by delivering exceptional support.
- Review and act on daily order reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service focus.
- Team‑oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
