About the role
We are looking for a professional Partner to lead our accounting and advisory engagements. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving business growth through strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee accounting and advisory engagements.
- Review financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Develop client relationships and support business growth.
- Provide financial and professional recommendations.
- Support the improvement and development of professional services.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve company objectives.
Required profile
- Holder of SOCPA Fellowship (mandatory).
- Strong experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage clients and develop business opportunities.
- Professional, ambitious, and growth‑oriented mindset.
