Passenger Service Supervisor – Dammam

About the role

The Passenger Service Supervisor leads the Passenger Services team at the Dammam airport, ensuring smooth check‑in, boarding and special assistance operations while meeting regulatory and airline standards. The role combines hands‑on service delivery with people‑management to achieve on‑time departures and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all Passenger Service agent tasks and supervise the team during each shift.
• Lead, coach and motivate staff to meet departmental KPIs and SOPs.
• Monitor attendance, conduct daily briefings, assign work and review output for accuracy.
• Manage gate and transfer desk processes, queue flow and flight close‑out according to SLAs.
• Liaise with the PRM team for special handling requests (WCHR/UM/DEPU).
• Coordinate crisis situations such as flight disruptions, system breakdowns or boarding issues.
• Ensure compliance with carrier procedures, uniform standards and safety policies.
• Prepare and update reports on equipment failures, discrepancies and incidents.
• Develop work plans, performance improvement initiatives and provide feedback to staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in airport passenger handling or a similar aviation environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of airline regulations, SOPs and service level agreements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage high‑pressure situations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to customer service excellence.
