About the role
Sutherland is seeking a Payroll Architect to lead the design and implementation of payroll solutions that integrate benefits, compensation, and core HR processes. The role focuses on delivering reliable, compliant, and scalable payroll services for our global clients.
Key responsibilities
- Design and configure end‑to‑end payroll systems aligned with benefits and compensation policies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance.
- Maintain and optimize payroll processes, addressing issues and implementing improvements.
- Provide technical guidance on payroll best practices and system integrations.
- Support audits and reporting requirements related to payroll and employee compensation.
Required profile
