Payroll Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Payroll Manager to join the finance team at Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations across our luxury hospitality properties, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with Saudi labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for all employees across multiple properties.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labour laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Supervise and develop the payroll team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive payroll records and documentation.
• Reconcile payroll accounts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare detailed payroll reports.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll‑related issues.
• Process salary disbursements and manage payroll tax obligations.
• Address employee payroll inquiries professionally.
• Stay updated on changes in labour laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices.
• Implement payroll controls and audit procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of payroll management experience in a multi‑property or complex environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing and developing payroll teams.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with payroll processing software.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
