PCG Data Management Engineer

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a PCG Data Management Engineer to join its manufacturing team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on engineering change execution, production data integrity, label management and system optimisation to support smooth mass‑production of new products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Engineering Change (EC) and Process Change Notice (PCN) within the factory.
• Enter, update and verify production data in TDC, MES and SAP, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Design, produce, update and maintain product labels in line with local regulations and customer requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks in manufacturing systems, propose and implement optimisation solutions.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by completing engineering preparation for timely mass production.
• Rapidly resolve production abnormalities, organise root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience (approximately 60 months) in manufacturing data management, engineering change or related functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
