PDI Foreman – Pre‑Delivery Inspection Lead

About the role

The PDI Foreman is the single point of contact between customers, sales, service operations, administration and OEM teams, ensuring that every vehicle is inspected, prepared, documented and delivered on schedule. This role oversees the end‑to‑end Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI) process at the dealership in Dammam.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and quality completion of PDI activities in line with company and OEM standards.
• Manage PDI job cards, update systems accurately, close them on time and track parts.
• Identify, record and follow up vehicle abnormalities, guaranteeing resolution before delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, service, administration and OEM stakeholders to make vehicles delivery‑ready.
• Maintain accurate PDI, arrival inspection and delivery documentation.
• Monitor vehicle delivery status and provide daily reports to management.
• Follow up on undelivered vehicles, registration details and pending actions to support delivery planning.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum five years of experience in an automobile dealership environment.
• At least three years in a technical role, preferably with buses or commercial vehicles.
• Experience in service operations, PDI, workshop coordination or vehicle delivery processes.
