People and Culture Coordinator

About the role

The People and Culture Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture department, manages employee records and ensures compliance with Saudi labor laws. The role supports the People and Culture team and helps maintain a professional working environment and exceptional service for internal and external stakeholders. The position is full-time and supports the Saudi nationalization scheme, so candidates must be able to work in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with employee relations
• Understand employee benefits and payroll
• Work with other departments on projects and help maintain policies and procedures
• Assist with People and Culture procedures, meetings and events
• Help with office administration such as filing, answering phones and greeting employees

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in human resources, preferably in hospitality or a service-oriented industry
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, employee rights and regulations
• Understanding of recruitment, onboarding and employee relations practices
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive employee issues discreetly
• Able to multitask, resolve conflicts professionally and build strong relationships with staff and management

Required skills

• Familiarity with People and Culture software and employee record management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
