People & Culture Manager

About the role

Le Café LPM in Al Khobar is looking for a People & Culture Manager to shape and sustain a high‑performing, people‑first environment. You will lead all HR functions, ensuring the brand’s values are lived every day while supporting rapid growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain the full HR framework, including payroll, compensation, benefits and legal compliance.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and create onboarding experiences that inspire new hires.
• Develop career‑path programs that turn strong performers into future leaders.
• Partner with managers to set clear objectives, conduct meaningful appraisals and manage difficult conversations, including terminations.
• Embed Le Café LPM’s values into all processes, hiring decisions and change initiatives.
• Handle confidential employee matters with discretion and integrity.

Required profile

• Resilient, structured and fair mindset.
• Saudi national.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, with at least 1‑2 years in a managerial role within hospitality or luxury services.
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations and people development.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French or another European language is a plus.
