People & Organisation Consulting Manager

About the role

The People & Organisation Consulting Manager will help clients redesign talent strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes through their people. You will work within PwC’s Academy Middle East to advise on human capital, culture, compensation, and operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑performing consulting teams to deliver strategic HR engagements across multiple industries.
• Develop and implement talent management, acquisition, development and engagement solutions.
• Manage complex HR transformation projects, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships across the Middle East and globally.
• Provide thought leadership on compensation, retirement, and human capital operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a consulting environment, preferably Big 4 or a global strategy firm.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality strategic engagements.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within the Middle East and internationally as project needs dictate.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word.
• Expertise in creating presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint.
