Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid advertising campaigns for our e‑commerce brands. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, maximizing ROAS, and ensuring sustainable growth across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
• Allocate and monitor daily and monthly budgets across brands, optimizing for ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and CVR.
• Build prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing funnels and scale profitable initiatives.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Analyze performance data, produce weekly and monthly reports, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the creative team to guide high‑performing assets.
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking, manage pixels, GTM, GA4, and platform‑specific tracking.
• Identify and resolve issues in the customer journey, landing pages, or checkout process.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in performance marketing and paid media.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager.
• Experience handling significant e‑commerce advertising budgets.
• Deep understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rate optimization.
• Ability to analyze data quickly and make performance‑driven decisions.
