Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Insparya is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to develop, manage and optimise digital marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, increase sales conversion and maximise ROI. The role will own acquisition campaigns across multiple channels and work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other acquisition platforms.
• Develop Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Remarketing and Performance Max strategies.
• Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
• Manage lead‑generation and sales campaigns throughout the conversion funnel.
• Produce engaging digital content aligned with brand strategy for different audiences and markets.
• Grow and engage social media communities, ensuring a consistent brand presence.
• Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, lead volume and quality.
• Implement A/B testing on audiences, creatives, messaging and landing pages and act on optimisation insights.
• Analyse results, generate reports and define optimisation actions.
• Manage and optimise digital marketing budgets while staying up‑to‑date with industry trends, automation and AI solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing, paid media or digital acquisition.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of acquisition, conversion and profitability metrics.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, tracking and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple markets, campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
• Results‑oriented mindset focused on sales and ROI.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Self‑driven, proactive and detail‑oriented professional.
