Performance Reporting Senior Officer

About the role

The Performance Reporting Senior Officer is responsible for designing, building and maintaining performance reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI. This role provides actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making across the organisation, working closely with business units to translate complex data into clear business intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance reports and Power BI dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stakeholders.
• Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for various business units.
• Collect, analyse and interpret large data sets to uncover trends, conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to understand data needs and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
• Design and enhance interactive dashboards, applying best practices for data visualisation and usability.
• Present findings and insights to non‑technical audiences and provide training on dashboard usage.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, automate repetitive tasks and stay updated on industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, industrial engineering, information technology or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA) are a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting and management reporting.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Power BI for building complex dashboards.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and think‑cell.
