Personal Butler & Housekeeper – Luxury Residence (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Personal Butler / Housekeeper to provide world‑class service and independently maintain a private residence for a UHNWI principal in Riyadh. The role combines high‑level hospitality with meticulous household management, ensuring the home is always presented to impeccable luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized day‑to‑day support to the Principal.
• Perform all housekeeping duties to exceptional luxury standards.
• Clean, organize and maintain the residence at all times.
• Manage laundry, ironing, steaming, wardrobe care, packing and unpacking.
• Organize wardrobes, closets and personal belongings.
• Prepare and serve breakfast and coffee when required.
• Assist with shopping, deliveries and personal errands.
• Coordinate appointments and household services.
• Assist with travel preparation, packing and unpacking.
• Prepare clothing and personal items for workouts, meetings and travel.
• Coordinate wellness appointments, including massage therapists, physiotherapists, personal trainers and medical visits.
• Welcome guests and provide professional hospitality.
• Anticipate the Principal’s needs with minimal supervision.
• Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Butler, Housekeeper, Personal Assistant or within luxury hospitality.
• Excellent housekeeping and organizational skills.
• Comfortable performing housekeeping duties personally.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel when required.

Required skills

• Butler certification.
• Valid driving licence.
• Basic cooking or barista skills.
• Knowledge of smart home systems and luxury appliances.
• First Aid / CPR certification.
