Personal Fitness Trainer – EMS Specialist

About the role

Fast Fit EMS Fitness Company is seeking a motivated Personal Fitness Trainer with expertise in Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to deliver high‑impact, customized training programs to clients in Riyadh. You will play a pivotal role in assessing client needs, designing EMS‑based workouts, and ensuring safety and satisfaction throughout the training journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine fitness levels, goals, and health considerations.
• Design and implement personalized EMS‑based training programs aligned with each client’s objectives.
• Monitor progress through regular evaluations and adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards during all sessions.
• Provide motivation, coaching, and ongoing support to boost client engagement.
• Keep accurate client records in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and EMS technology advancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Valid personal trainer certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs).
• Proven experience in personal training with a focus on EMS systems.
• Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to safety and client service.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
