Personal Host – Guest Experience Role

About the role

The Personal Host is a Guest Experience Expert at The Ritz‑Carlton property on Ummahat Islands, delivering memorable, personalized service throughout a guest’s stay. You will be empowered to move across the property, anticipate guest needs and ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s Gold Standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences.
• Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
• Address guest requests promptly and share local highlights.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
• Protect company assets and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
• Stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift/carry objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet and perform light physical tasks.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety and brand standards.
• Willingness to deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests.
