Personal Trainer (EMS Specialist) – Khobar

About the role

The Personal Trainer (EMS Specialist) will deliver safe and effective EMS‑based training programs to our members in Khobar. You will assess clients, design personalized workouts, monitor progress and ensure a motivating environment that drives transformation and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client fitness assessments and health screenings.
• Design and adapt EMS training programs tailored to individual goals.
• Guide clients through sessions, ensuring correct technique and safety.
• Track performance metrics and adjust programs to optimize results.
• Motivate and coach clients to achieve their fitness objectives.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Contribute to client retention and overall service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Personal trainer certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs) is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in personal training and/or EMS‑based training.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
