Personal Trainer – Luxury Wellness at FAENA The Red Sea

About the role

FAENA The Red Sea is seeking an experienced Personal Trainer to join its elite wellness team. You will create bespoke fitness experiences for guests, blending traditional personal training with Tai Chi and EMS technology, all within a luxury hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine fitness levels, goals, and limitations.
• Design and deliver personalized fitness and wellness programmes, including Tai Chi and EMS sessions.
• Lead training sessions with a focus on safety, technique, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor progress, adjust programmes, and motivate guests to achieve optimal results.
• Educate guests on posture, movement, and overall wellness principles.
• Maintain accurate client records, progress tracking, and session documentation.
• Ensure fitness equipment and wellness spaces are clean, organized, and well‑maintained.
• Collaborate with the spa and wellness teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Uphold FAENA grooming, presentation, and Forbes luxury service standards at all times.

Required profile

• Certified Personal Trainer qualification.
• Additional certifications in Tai Chi, EMS training, or wellness coaching are highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, wellness resort, spa, or premium fitness environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and fitness programme design.
