Personal Trainer – Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar

About the role

Enhance Fitness is expanding its trainer network across Saudi Arabia. As a Full‑Time Personal Trainer you will deliver customized fitness sessions, motivate clients, and use our proprietary app to manage bookings and track progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group training sessions in locations across Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar.
• Use the trainer app to schedule, reschedule, and cancel sessions, ensuring an organized workflow.
• Prepare session plans in advance, communicate location and timing with clients, and send reminders.
• Provide feedback, monitor progress, and adjust programs to help clients achieve their goals.
• Promote fitness packages and ensure clients maximize their subscriptions.

Required profile

• Valid KSA driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Accredited Personal Training certification and First‑Aid certification.
• BA or MA in Sport & Physical Education is advantageous.
• Strong communication, customer‑service, time‑management and organisational skills.
