Pharma Transparency Reporting Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Transparency Reporting Specialist to support a leading global pharmaceutical company on a managed‑service engagement. The role covers end‑to‑end HCP/HCO disclosure reporting across multiple markets, ensuring full compliance with international and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage annual HCP/HCO transparency disclosures for assigned markets.
• Ensure compliance with EFPIA Disclosure Code, U.S. Sunshine Act, Loi Bertrand, ABPI and other local regulations.
• Collect, validate and reconcile Transfer of Value (TOV) data from SAP, CRM and expense systems.
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory portals within statutory deadlines.
• Coordinate pre‑publication notifications for HCPs and resolve disputes.
• Maintain audit trails and support internal and external compliance audits.
• Train internal teams on transparency reporting standards and data capture requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and proactively update internal processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Law, Business or Finance.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical transparency reporting or regulatory compliance.
• Deep knowledge of EFPIA Disclosure Code and HCP/HCO disclosure requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a regulated environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data reconciliation.
• Experience extracting and reconciling data from SAP.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva).
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as IQVIA, Model N.
• Data visualization skills with Power BI.
