Pharmacovigilance Trainee – Tamheer Training (Jeddah)

About the role

Jamjoom Pharma offers a Tamheer training opportunity for a Pharmacovigilance (PV) Trainee to gain practical, hands‑on exposure to day‑to‑day PV activities under the supervision of the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV).

Key responsibilities

• Support Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) processing, including data entry, coding, and narrative preparation.
• Assist with case follow‑up and collection of missing safety information.
• Support the assessment of seriousness, expectedness, and causality under appropriate supervision.
• Assist with safety case processing and reporting in accordance with regulatory timelines.
• Maintain PV records, safety databases, and related documentation.
• Support literature screening and identification of relevant safety information.
• Assist with safety data review and signal detection activities.
• Participate in PV compliance activities, including SOPs, CAPAs, audits, and inspections.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Medical Affairs on relevant PV activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or PharmD (fresh graduate).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work with scientific and medical information.
• Willingness to learn and maintain confidentiality.
• Must meet Tamheer eligibility requirements.
