Pilates Instructor

About the role

Miraval The Red Sea is seeking a passionate Pilates Instructor to lead engaging, safe, and mindful movement experiences for guests. You will deliver both group and private sessions, fostering strength, flexibility, and inner balance in line with the resort’s holistic philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead dynamic Pilates classes, including Mat and Reformer, for all fitness levels.
• Design and adapt sessions to support core strength, posture, breath work, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with the wellness team to create specialty programs and retreat offerings.
• Conduct routine equipment checks, maintain studio cleanliness, and follow health‑safety protocols.
• Reset studio spaces before and after each class and support personalized guest assessments.
• Promote paid private sessions and cross‑sell related spa, wellness, and retail services.

Required profile

• Certified Pilates professional with experience teaching both group and one‑on‑one classes.
• Strong understanding of mindful movement, core alignment, and injury‑prevention principles.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse guests.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Pilates equipment, especially Reformers, mats, and props.
• Ability to design and modify Pilates programs for varying skill levels.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards applicable in Saudi Arabia.
• Effective communication for guiding guests through movements and modifications.
