Piping Supervisor

About the role

Nesma & Partners is looking for a Piping Supervisor in Dammam to lead the implementation of works at its fabrication workshops. The supervisor oversees the creation and assembly of products according to sketches, specifications and standards, ensuring timely delivery and installation on site.

Key responsibilities

• Implement approved company policies, processes and procedures, instruct subordinates and monitor compliance.
• Supervise fabrication yard erection, including fit-up, welding and lifting, and oversee piping installation.
• Coordinate fabrication/installation with pre-fabrication and work with subcontractors, while maintaining safety procedures and quality standards.
• Manage workshop production within allocated man-hours, identify capacity shortfalls and propose overtime, and keep a live register of job statuses.
• Coordinate transport of subcontracted work with the Logistics Team, verify incoming materials against paperwork and certificates, and report defects and missing items daily.
• Take part in incident and accident investigations and report changes or risks affecting safety, health and environment.
• Supervise, train and coach direct reports, delegate tasks and foster team commitment and improvement.

Required profile

• High school or vocational diploma or equivalent.
• 10 years of related experience in similar positions.
• Preferred: experience in the EPC industry and Arabic.
