Planner – Integrated Planning HQ

About the role

The Planner – Integrated Planning HQ is responsible for ensuring optimal product availability across stores and distribution centres. You will manage central replenishment, support promotional cycles, and drive inventory optimisation to meet business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain central replenishment at item and store level to meet forecasted requirements.
• Manage DC‑level replenishment and monitor availability metrics.
• Set and adjust replenishment attributes and parameters in the planning system.
• Handle weekly promotional cycles, including forecasting, ordering and allocation.
• Control inventory levels, develop exit plans for overstock, aged or near‑expiry items, and aim for negative working capital.
• Analyse business performance, identify improvement areas and propose solutions.
• Produce weekly and monthly statistical forecasting reports for assigned categories.
• Communicate volume forecasts to top suppliers and evaluate monthly supplier forecasts.
• Participate in supply‑chain and company projects to achieve strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical, mathematical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on extreme accuracy.
• Good communication and time‑management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
