Planner

About the role

The Planner will support schedule development, progress monitoring, and reporting for assigned disciplines within ABICON's scope of work. You will ensure accurate and timely schedule updates, helping the project stay on track.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify progress data from site supervisors and foremen.
• Update discipline schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and productivity tracking sheets.
• Support the creation of look‑ahead schedules for site execution.
• Assist in progress measurement and quantity tracking against the baseline.
• Identify and report schedule deviations to the Lead Planner.
• Prepare progress curves and histograms.
• Coordinate with site supervision to validate reported progress.
• Maintain planning records and documentation.
• Support manpower and equipment histograms for the assigned scope.
• Assist in preparing input for client progress reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in planning/scheduling on construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Core competencies: attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication skills, time management.
