Planning Manager – Project Controls (Saudi Arabia)

About the role
The Planning Manager will lead project controls planning for the Diriyah Gate programme, a 7.1 million m² mixed‑use development on the outskirts of Riyadh. Reporting to the Project Controls Director, you will ensure accurate scheduling, forecasting and performance reporting across a portfolio of large‑scale EPC projects.
Key responsibilities
- Define, maintain and continuously improve project schedules, metrics and information frameworks.
- Establish and enforce planning standards, policies, procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with KBR internal teams, client project controls, design, PMO, PMC and supply‑chain partners to align planning outputs.
- Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to the Planning Team.
- Monitor progress, analyse trends and produce high‑quality reports to support scope, budget, time, quality and risk management.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls and planning within EPC or large infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of Project Management principles and EPC processes.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders at executive, client and programme levels.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
