Plant Manager - Bakery

About the role

Lead a high‑volume bakery manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia, overseeing all aspects of production, maintenance, hygiene and warehousing. You will be accountable for operational performance, cost control and compliance while driving automation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end leadership for plant operations, including production scheduling, equipment maintenance and warehouse management.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Drive automation projects and lean manufacturing initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure food safety, health and environmental standards are met and audit‑ready.
• Collaborate with corporate teams in the UAE and KSA and coordinate with farming operations during peak harvest periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience in industrial bakery manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in a senior management role leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong cross‑cultural communication skills; English required, Arabic highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead transformation and change initiatives.
• Experience in the GCC, especially Saudi Arabia, is an advantage.
