Plant Manager – Ready Mix Concrete

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead the daily operations of our Ready‑Mix Concrete plant in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production while upholding the highest quality and customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all plant activities including production, dispatch coordination, maintenance, and quality control.
• Ensure consistent production of high‑quality ready‑mix concrete in line with company and industry standards.
• Lead and develop plant personnel, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production efficiency, plant performance, and operational KPIs.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and machinery.
• Control raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement to avoid interruptions.
• Guarantee compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analyses for senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Ready‑Mix Concrete operations, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete production processes, batching systems, quality standards, and plant maintenance.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Deep understanding of safety regulations and operational best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
