PM Team Leader

About the role

The PM Team Leader will be responsible for the successful execution, governance and commercial performance of multiple engineering projects. Reporting to senior management, the incumbent will lead project coordinators, engineers and managers to ensure safe, on‑time and on‑budget delivery while meeting contractual obligations and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise a team of Project Engineers and Project Managers, conduct performance reviews, development planning and succession planning.
• Define and monitor project execution strategies, schedules, budgets and HSE requirements across multiple EPC, energy and infrastructure projects.
• Manage commercial aspects including contract obligations, liquidated damages, change orders, extension‑of‑time claims and negotiations with clients and suppliers.
• Serve as the first escalation point for project‑related issues, drive proactive risk identification and mitigation, and ensure effective project close‑out and lessons‑learned implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 120 months (10 years) of experience in project delivery within engineering, construction or energy sectors.
• Proven leadership ability to allocate resources, balance workloads and develop project personnel.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety, quality and contractual compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
