PMO Expert (Saudi National) - Riyadh

About the role

DeepSource Technologies is looking for an experienced PMO Expert to establish and manage project governance, standards, reporting and performance management across multiple projects and initiatives. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, policies and standards, and develop project management methodologies, templates, processes and procedures.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Consolidate project status reports and provide executive-level dashboards and insights.
• Track project KPIs, milestones, deliverables and portfolio performance, and maintain RAID logs.
• Support project managers with planning, scheduling, resource management and delivery governance, and identify risks and delays to drive mitigation and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with business, technical and project stakeholders, prepare steering committee and management presentations, and support portfolio prioritization, resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, drive continuous improvement of processes and reporting, and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of overall experience, with strong experience in PMO/project governance.
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale or complex transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile or hybrid approaches.
• Project portfolio management, governance, reporting and performance tracking.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI or similar PMO tools preferred.
