Power BI & Dashboard Consultant (Data Analytics)

About the role

Assystem is looking for a Power BI and Dashboard Consultant in Riyadh to design, build and maintain business intelligence solutions and management dashboards. The role turns complex data into actionable insights, supports reporting across several business functions and contributes to enterprise analytics initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create advanced data models, measures and calculations using DAX.
• Develop analytical reports and visualisations that support business decisions.
• Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and turn them into BI solutions.
• Build and optimise data extraction, transformation and reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain reports using BI Publisher.
• Support integration and reporting needs from Oracle Unifier and Primavera P6 environments.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with project controls, engineering and business teams to deliver performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Dashboard Development.
• Preferred: experience with Oracle Unifier reporting, Primavera P6, ERP systems, project controls, planning and portfolio management, and engineering, infrastructure, utilities or construction projects.

Required skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Expert knowledge of DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• BI Publisher report development.
• Strong SQL and database querying skills.
• Understanding of data warehousing and enterprise reporting architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Platform and Databricks.
