Power Platform & Copilot Developer

About the role

The role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end‑to‑end business solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. It leverages Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI to build intelligent automations, conversational agents, and AI‑infused applications that improve process efficiency and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Build and optimise Power Automate cloud and desktop workflows.
• Develop Canvas and Model‑Driven Power Apps based on business requirements.
• Create Power BI datasets, dashboards, semantic models, DAX calculations and Power Query (M) scripts.
• Work with Microsoft Fabric components such as Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory and OneLake.
• Develop AI‑driven solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder and Azure OpenAI.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems via connectors, REST APIs, custom connectors and Azure services.
• Implement ALM, DevOps pipelines, governance, security roles and DLP best practices.
• Troubleshoot, monitor and optimise existing Power Platform implementations.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power BI.
• Experience building AI‑powered solutions with Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its integration with Power BI.
• Proven experience with ALM, DevOps pipelines, governance, security roles and DLP policies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 is preferred.
